My order

Is it possible to update the delivery address for my purchase?

Unfortunately, changing the delivery address is not an option once your order has been sent out.

However, we're happy to assist in modifying the billing or delivery details for orders still pending dispatch. Feel free to get in touch with us to update your information.

Is it possible to modify my order after placing it?

Sorry, but once you've ordered, we can't make any changes. But if you reach out to our Customer Care Team right after ordering, there's a chance we can cancel it before it ships. If we can, we'll give you the heads up, and then you can place a new order if needed.

What if I entered incorrect information?

If you made a mistake with your details like address, email, or phone number, reach out to our customer service ASAP. They'll try their best to fix it before sending your order.

If your order's already on its way, wrong info might cause issues, and you might have to cover any extra costs.

What to do if the delivery of my order is delayed?

If your order takes longer than expected, look at the tracking info from the shipping company for updates. It could be held up because of customs payment or missing paperwork needed to bring in the stuff.

Can I place a company order?

Definitely! Whether it's art for your office, showroom, or any place, we've got what you need.

Just order like usual, and we'll send your art prints right to your company address.

If you want an invoice for your company order, add your VAT number in the order notes at checkout, and we'll make a proper invoice for your records.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

What are your delivery times?

We send out all orders in 1-3 business days. How long it takes to get to you depends on where you are. You can see the shipping time for your location in the checkout process.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping price is based on what you're getting, how much, how it's sent, and where you're at.

How is the poster quality?

A premium quality heavyweight fine art print material with a smooth, clean finish. This museum-quality paper is extremely consistent and works perfectly with large, full colour graphics or illustrations.

How accurate are the colours on the images?

Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets, smartphones etc., the colours of our art prints and frames shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual art prints and frames.

Is the white border part of the print?

When you see a print with a white outer border, it is part of the print design and is included in the size of the print measures in cm.

Can an item be out of stock?

All products shown on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated.

Payment

What kind of payment is accepted?

We accept payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, MultiBanco, as well as PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I pay with a gift voucher?

Yes, of course you are able to place an order using a gift voucher.

Returns & Claims

How do I return my order?

We offer a 30-day return from the date of your receipt if you change your mind.

The items must be returned in their original condition and the original undamaged packing or a similar protective tube or box. Please note that all returns happen at your own risk and expense.

We only accept returns delivered to our address. If the return is sent to a post box, the return will not be processed.

If returning from outside the EU: Please make sure to fill out the correct paperwork so that the parcel will not get stuck in customs.

Can I exchange an item?

If you want to switch things up, return your item like our guide says. Then, go ahead and make a fresh order. It's the fastest way to get what you're really after!

Do you offer free return shipping?

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

When can I expect the refund?

After we get your return, we'll aim to handle it within a week, but definitely within 14 days. Once the refund is sorted, we'll shoot you an email confirmation. The money will go back to the payment method you used for the order. It might take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement, depending on your bank and how you paid.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We work hard to send out all orders in good shape. If, for any reason, your order shows up damaged, give us a heads up right away—within 30 days of getting it.

I have received the wrong item. How do we solve this?

We're really sorry that you got the wrong item. Snap some pics of what you got, including the packaging, and send them to our Customer Service Team right away. We'll sort you out with the correct item pronto!

I am missing an item. How do we solve this?

If you ordered a bunch of stuff, it could be in different packages, and one might still be on its way. Check your tracking link. If everything should be there according to the link but isn't, hit up our Customer Service.
